1. Configure your doll
Configure the doll according to your wishes. Do you have a special request that you didn't find on the site? Just contact us and we are guaranteed to find a solution
2. pay
Simply choose your favorite from our secure payment methods. With Paypal, for example, you enjoy 100% buyer protection. Payment in installments is possible via Klarna.
3. Order confirmation
Immediately after your payment you should receive an order confirmation by email. Please check whether all your data is correct.
4. Production of your doll
Your doll will go into production no later than 24 hours after payment. This usually takes 2-6 weeks. This value can vary depending on the model, features and manufacturer.
5. Shipping & Quality Control
Shipping to Europe takes just under 2-3 weeks. As soon as we have a tracking number, you will receive it by email. Beforehand she goes through our strict Quality control.
6. On the way to you
If everything is OK, we will send the doll to you immediately. We will send you the exact delivery date separately by email. Have fun with your new toy!
