Since each doll is custom-made to the customer's specifications and produced to order, production, shipping, and quality control typically take 4–8 weeks. This timeframe may vary depending on the model, features, and manufacturer.
In addition, delays are very likely during Chinese public holidays.
If we have a Doll is currently in stock ...delivery times are, of course, significantly shorter.
Unfortunately, we can't deliver to a DHL Packstation because the compartments are too small for our dolls. It's best to check where there's a UPS Pickup Station near you. You can then enter that address as the shipping address, and we'll deliver your doll there with no hassle. Once it arrives, you can easily pick it up there.
With Klarna, we have a reputable provider of installment payment plans on our side. The company is one of the world’s largest payment service providers and is headquartered in the EU. In addition, Klarna offers you 100% buyer protection, similar to PayPal. You’re completely free to choose your own installment plan, giving you incredible flexibility.
Please note, however, that Klarna performs a credit check directly upon ordering and may therefore reject the installment payment. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this decision.
