1. Configure your doll

Configure the doll completely according to your wishes. Do you have a special request that you couldn't find on the page? Just contact us and we are guaranteed to find a solution.

2. Payment

Simply choose your favorite from our secure payment methods. With PayPal, for example, you’ll enjoy 100% buyer protection. You can pay in installments using Klarna.

3. Order Confirmation

Right after your payment, you should receive an order confirmation by email. Please check if all your data is correct.

4. Production of your doll

Your doll will go into production no later than 24 hours after payment. This usually takes 2-6 weeks. Depending on the model, features, and manufacturer, this time may vary.

5. Shipping & Quality Control

Shipping to Europe takes about 2-4 weeks. As soon as we have a tracking number, you will receive it by email. Before that, it goes through our strict Quality control.

6. On my way to you

Is everything alright, we will forward the doll to you immediately. We will send you the exact delivery date in a separate email. Have fun with your new toy!
