We offer free & discreet worldwide shipping.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Please currently expect about. 4-8 weeks for production and shipping from the date of your order. This is an approximate estimate, exceptions are possible, especially during Chinese special holidays. We strive to ship all of our products as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new doll. However, please note that your doll is made to order and manufacturing + shipping will take some time.

Update 01/06/2026: Due to international conflicts that are having a major impact on the logistics chain, shipping delays of approximately two weeks may currently occur.

Do we have your Greatly in stock, the delivery time of just under a week on average is naturally much shorter. However, please be sure to note the individual delivery times of the Zelex SLE series

Shipping & Tracking

Your package will be shipped via UPS, DHL, or GLS. As soon as it has been shipped, we will send you the tracking number by email.

Discreet packaging

The doll is packed in a plain cardboard box. There is no information indicating that it is a sex doll.

Order change or cancellation

Order processing begins shortly after we receive your order. Therefore, please make sure your order is correct before you click the “Submit” button. If we have already begun processing your order and you still wish to cancel it, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% for your canceled orders. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

However, you will not be charged any fees for adding items, modifying items, or canceling your order at any time prior to order processing. An order can no longer be modified or canceled after it has been shipped. In the event that your order has already been shipped, any changes or cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy.
